Effective Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., the burn ban that was put in place on August 6th has been lifted for the municipalities of Dufferin County.

Residents are reminded to follow the rules of the Open-Air Burning By-law.

These rules are in place to ensure the safety of the entire community.

Due to inclement weather and the cancellation of local school buses, the Township Administration Office will delay opening until 10 a.m. on Friday, March 7, 2025.
