A Public Meeting will be held to consider the following application for a proposed Consent and Zoning By-Law Amendment:

Public Meeting: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 4:00p.m.
Purpose: A lot line adjustment to acquire land from the adjacent farms and rezone the beneficiary and severed lands.
The Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation of the Township of East Garafraxa will be considering the following proposed minor variance to Zoning By-Law 60-2004, as amended, pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, C. P.13

Public Hearing: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 3:00p.m.
Purpose: The applicant is proposing to construct an accessory detached dwelling behind the existing riding shed on the property.
