It’s time to start planning for spring planting! We’re pleased to announce that tree seedling order forms are now available.
Whether you’re looking to add shade, enhance your property, support local wildlife, or plant for future generations, now is the perfect time to get your order in!
Order forms are available at the Township Office or online by visiting Applications, Licences and Permits | Township of East Garafraxa
📄 Important Reminder: All completed order forms must be returned by NOVEMBER 30th.

The Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation of the Township of East Garafraxa will be considering the following proposed minor variance to Zoning By-Law 60-2004, as amended, pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, C. P.13

Public Hearing: Tuesday, November 24, 2026 at 3:00p.m.
Purpose: The applicant is proposing to construct a 10.01m x 7.62m two-storey accessory attached garage within the exterior side yard setback of the existing single-detached dwelling on the property. Zoning deficiencies were also identified with respect to three of the existing accessory structures. The deficiencies include setbacks from the front, rear, and interior side lot lines.
