The Municipal Clerk, Manager of Legislative and Regulatory Services is responsible for all the statutory requirements of the Municipal Clerk as set out in the Municipal Act, 2001, and coordinates the delivery of information technology, communications, and compliance services for the corporation.

A new permanent and full-time position has been created, to assist in the daily delivery of Public Works services including paved and gravel roads, parks, cemeteries, municipal drains, fleet and the Township-owned gravel pit. This is a working supervisory role which will also be appointed ‘Deputy Municipal Roads Superintendent’ and be expected to work as heavy equipment operator.  During the winter control period between October 15 – April 30, this position will be scheduled to work evenings and weekends.

The Township of East Grafraxa is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic summer student to support the Township Public Works Department for up to 16 weeks. The successful candidate will assist with a range of duties and must be self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and comfortable working as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency is required.
