By-Law Enforcement Services

The Township is committed to equitable delivery of municipal by-law enforcement services in a timely and effective manner. The goal of these services is to achieve compliance with municipal by-laws through education and where necessary, enforcement.

By-laws are local regulatory laws established to govern specific matters.

By-law Enforcement Services for the Township are contracted through Municipal Support Services (MSS) and Canine Control Services through AgapiK9.

Reporting 

To report a by-law related compliance issue, please use the Township's online Submit a Complaint or Issue form.

Canine control matters can be reported directly to the Township's service provider AgapiK9 at 519-942-1508.

Anonymous and/or incomplete complaints will not be investigated.

Hours

The Township Administration office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays. Complaints received will be reviewed on a priority basis.
