Township Official Plan Review - Notice of Open House and Public Meeting

Official Plan Review

The Township is currently undertaking an Official Plan Review. An Introductory Workshop was held on September 17, 2025.

A Notice has been issued for the upcoming Open House and Public Meeting:

  • Open House: Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.

  • Public Meeting: Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 4:30 p.m.

Both meetings will be held at the Township Administration Office (065371 Dufferin County Road 3, Unit 2, East Garafraxa, ON L9W 7J8), with a remote/virtual participation option available.

The Draft Official Plan (December 2025) is available for review. Please visit the Township's Official Plan and Official Plan Review page.

Inclement Weather

Office Opening Delay

When severe weather conditions lead to official cancellation of school buses in our division, the Township Office will implement a delayed opening time of 9:30 a.m.

For official confirmation please visit Wellington-Dufferin Student Transportation Services to determine if Division 4 (Green) buses are operating.
